The creditor turned over $210, which included "rebill fees" of $50. THe collection agency then added 33% collection fees for a total due of $285. They then filed a suit for $150, plus collection fee of $70. What I need to know, is are they allowed to charge collection fees on the rebill fees or only on the actual balance of the account.
