I have been working with a debt settlement company since March 2007. Bank of America has now won a judgment against me for $9000+. Is there anything I can do to settle at a lower amount or payment plan now, or is this it, I must pay the whole amount? What about an appeal? I have to pay 10% of each paycheck through my county Sherrif.
