I have credit card debts I can't pay and have no job. Help in NYC!

I haven't been able to pay any of my accounts for 2 months and one account has charged off the account to collections. I have a total of 60,000 in debt. My only income is frm unemployment I barely have enough to eat and pay rent and have no property othere and cheap old furniture, clothes and personal items. I can't pay an attorney to do a chapter 7 (which according to my research I qualify for). Lawyers all charge 1,800 to 2,000 dollars. Even if I did it pro-se I can't afford the filing fee.

Are there any non-profits or consumer groups in NYC to help me. I am under horrible stress and feel half sick most of the time.
