Wrote out an Agreement/Contract ( signed by Both Parties/Dated ) in which it was understood that this Debt ( $3,000 ) was to be Paid On or Before Sept. 2006. This was to give this couple time in which to have the Female "Bred" and "Puppies" sold in order to help make it Easier Financially on them. ( Not Stated as such in Contract!! ) As of now they have Missed two Heat Cycles on Female and as such Missed the possible Litter(s) Sells.
