Being sued by Citibank in Arkansas

I got served today (02/12/2008) for a debt from Citibank. this will be processed by the Bentonville Court house. My question here is: I stop paying and having any activity around Feb - April 2004 (no payments and no Charges since then), my account was sold to different collection Agencies and now Palisades Acquisition XVI, LLC sued me.
I believe that I could use as a defense that the statue of Limitation has expired as Arkansas has 3 years for SOL on Credit Card debt, am I right or not? any one can Help here?

in Case the SOL (Statue of Limitations) has not expired yet, can I still try to settle with a payment arrangement with Palisades or is it too late for that?

Bank levy and garnishment

I am currently working with a debt settlement company and have settled 2 of my unsecured credit card debts. One of my other creditors (Chase) has hired an Arkansas law office and is threatening to garnish and levy me. It has already gone through arbitration and they have a judgement against me. Do I have any options? I know I owe the debt, but we had catastrophic events (health and business losses) that led to this situation. I am doing my best to save and pay settlements. How much notice will I have of a bank levy or a garnishment?
