They have been ugly....talking over the top of me....acusing me of fraud.....harassing me with degrading comments by saying "what kind of job do you have that you so important that you can't talk about this issue at work" I want specifics about what my rights are in KY....what type of attorney i should contact.....what is the law with garnishments in KY.
